Range Rover SV Masara Edition launched at Rs 4.99 crore

Range Rover SV Masara Edition Launched in India at ₹4.99 Crore
Land Rover has launched the ultra-exclusive Range Rover SV Masara Edition in India, priced at a staggering ₹4.99 crore (ex-showroom). Only 12 units will be made worldwide, making it one of the rarest luxury SUVs you can buy—and it’s got a special connection to India.
Inspired by Himalayan Sapphires
This special edition pays tribute to the deep-blue sapphires of the Himalayas, and it shows in the details. The SUV wears a rich, custom ‘Deep Satin Blue’ paint—developed exclusively for this model—which won’t be offered on any other Range Rover. You’ll also notice the tasteful use of bronze and chrome accents, along with bold 23-inch alloy wheels that enhance its commanding presence.
This is the second India-inspired special edition Range Rover, following the Ranthambore Edition from earlier this year.
Exquisite Interior with Rare Touches
Inside, the Masara Edition is designed to feel as exclusive as it sounds. The cabin is finished in a combination of Liberty Blue and Perlino leather, with subtle embroidery and fine chrome details throughout. Each of the 12 SUVs features “Masara Edition” branding on the door sills, and is uniquely numbered—reminding you that you’re in one of only a dozen.
It also comes with Range Rover’s ultra-luxury SV Signature Suite, which includes a motorised centre console table, a refrigerated drinks compartment, and custom crystal glassware. For comfort, expect all the top-end features: air suspension, ventilated and massaging seats, a panoramic sunroof, full ADAS tech, and more.
Power Meets Prestige
Under the hood, this beast is powered by a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that churns out 615 hp and 750 Nm of torque. It’s paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and permanent all-wheel drive. Despite its luxury focus, the SV Masara isn’t shy of adventure. It’s equipped with off-road adaptive cruise control and a low-range gearbox, proving that capability hasn’t been sacrificed for style.
Final Word
With the SV Masara Edition, Range Rover isn’t just offering a luxury SUV—it’s presenting a piece of art that celebrates Indian heritage, bespoke craftsmanship, and top-tier engineering. For the few who can afford it, this is more than just a car—it’s a collector’s statement.
