Honda CB1000 Hornet SP Launched in India at ₹12.36 Lakh

Honda has officially launched the CB1000 Hornet SP in India, priced at ₹12.36 lakh (ex-showroom, Gurugram). This litre-class streetfighter is the fourth addition to Honda’s BigWing lineup this week. Deliveries are set to commence in June 2025.

The CB1000 Hornet SP is powered by a 999cc, inline-four, liquid-cooled engine, delivering 157hp at 11,000rpm and 107Nm of torque at 9,000rpm. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and comes standard with a bi-directional quickshifter.

Additional electronic aids include traction control with three levels, wheelie control, engine brake control, and Honda’s Emergency Stop Signal (ESS). All lighting components are LED.

The motorcycle features an aggressive design with a sharp LED headlamp, muscular fuel tank, and minimalistic tail section. It is available in a unique Matte Ballistic Black Metallic color scheme, complemented by gold forks and wheels.
