
2025 BMW C 400 GT Launched In India

BMW Motorrad has introduced the updated 2025 C 400 GT maxi-scooter in India, now priced at ₹11,50,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), reflecting a ₹25,000 increase from its previous model.
Key Updates:
- Enhanced Features: The 2025 iteration now includes several features as standard:
- Adjustable windscreen
- Cornering ABS
- Switchable traction control
- Engine drag torque control (motor slip regulation)
- A 10.25-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity, facilitating call and SMS alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, and music control
- Replacement of the USB-A charging port with a USB-C port
- New Color Options: The scooter is now available in two new color schemes: Black Storm Metallic and Diamond White Metallic. These shades maintain the base colors but omit additional graphics.
- Additional Storage: A new 4.5-liter storage compartment has been integrated into the apron, enhancing practicality.
Unchanged Aspects:
- Design: The scooter retains its distinctive large front end with sporty LED headlights and a tall windscreen, consistent with its predecessor’s design language.
- Performance: Mechanically, the C 400 GT remains unaltered, powered by a 350cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 34.47PS at 7,500rpm and 35Nm at 5,750rpm, paired with a CVT. It boasts a claimed top speed of 129km/h.
- Chassis and Suspension: The scooter continues with a telescopic fork at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is managed by twin-disc brakes at the front and a single-disc brake at the rear. It rides on a 15-inch front wheel and a 14-inch rear wheel.
- Dimensions and Capacity: The C 400 GT has a seat height of 765mm, a fuel tank capacity of 12.8 liters, and a kerb weight of 219kg.
