🚗 High Demand Pushes Waiting Periods for Mahindra BE 6 & XEV9E

Mahindra’s latest electric SUV models — the BE 6 and XEV9E (formerly called XEV9E) — have seen a huge surge in popularity, leading to long waiting times of up to six months in some areas.

🔥 Massive Booking Response

On the very first day of bookings (February 14, 2025), Mahindra received over 30,000 orders, totaling a value of ₹8,472 crore. Among these, the XEV9E made up 56% of the bookings, while the BE 6 accounted for the remaining 44%.

What’s more, the Pack Three variants – which come with a larger 79kWh battery – were the most in demand, making up 73% of all bookings.

📦 Deliveries Timeline

• Deliveries started from March 20, 2025, but only for the Pack Three variants.
• Over 3,000 units have already been delivered.
• Due to high demand, customers might now have to wait up to 6 months, especially in some cities.
