New Skoda Superb Diesel 4X4 Showcased At Auto Expo 2025
Skoda Auto India has unveiled the fourth-generation Skoda Superb at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo, marking its India debut. This new iteration showcases a blend of contemporary design, advanced technology, and enhanced performance, positioning it as a formidable contender in the premium sedan segment.
Design and Features
The 2025 Skoda Superb adopts the brand’s ‘Modern Solid’ design language, featuring a wider butterfly grille flanked by sleek LED headlights with prominent daytime running lights. The profile is minimalist and elegant, complemented by silver 18-inch alloy wheels. The rear is equally striking, featuring sleeker LED taillights and a lip spoiler-like bump on the boot gate.
Powertrain and Performance
The new Skoda Superb is expected to feature a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Skoda is also evaluating the possibility of introducing a 2.0-litre diesel engine for the Indian market.
The new Skoda Superb is expected to be priced higher than its rivals, the ex-showroom prices of the new Skoda Superb could exceed Rs 50 lakh.
