Tata Harrier EV Launched: Prices, Features, and Variants Unveiled
Tata Motors has officially launched the much-anticipated Harrier EV, marking a significant leap in the brand’s electric mobility journey. The rear-wheel-drive (RWD) variants are now available, with prices ranging from ₹21.49 lakh to ₹27.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Bookings open on July 2, 2025, while pricing for the all-wheel-drive (AWD) variants will be revealed on June 27.

Design and Dimensions
The Harrier EV retains the familiar silhouette of its ICE sibling but introduces EV-specific styling cues:
- Closed-off front grille for improved aerodynamics.
- Redesigned bumper with vertical slats.
- 19-inch aero-optimized alloy wheels.
- ‘EV’ badging and ‘Harrier.EV’ lettering on the tailgate.
It’s marginally larger than the standard Harrier—2mm longer and 22mm taller—while maintaining the same 2,741mm wheelbase.
Interior and Features
Inside, the cabin mirrors the ICE version but adds a futuristic flair:
- 14.53-inch Samsung Neo QLED infotainment screen (a world-first).
- 10.25-inch digital driver’s display.
- Panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, and ventilated front seats.
- JBL 10-speaker system with Dolby Atmos 5.1.

The Harrier EV is built on Tata’s enhanced Acti.ev platform and offers two battery options:
- 65kWh (RWD): 238hp, real-world range of 480–505km.
- 75kWh (RWD/AWD): 313hp, 504Nm torque, MIDC range of up to 627km.
Charging:
- 7.2kW AC: 10–100% in 10.7 hours.
- 120kW DC fast charger: 20–80% in just 25 minutes.
Safety and Tech
Safety is a strong suit with:
- 6 airbags standard (7 in higher trims).
- Level 2 ADAS, fine-tuned for Indian roads.
