2025 Ducati XDiavel V4 Globally Unveiled

Feb 14, 2025

Ducati has globally unveiled the 2025 XDiavel V4, a striking sports cruiser that blends the brand’s signature design with enhanced performance. Available in two captivating colors—Black Lava and Burning Red—the motorcycle maintains the iconic silhouette that the Diavel series is renowned for.

Design

The 2025 XDiavel V4 showcases a distinctive design featuring a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a prominent front section, raised handlebars, and a sleek tail end accentuated by a substantial LED taillight. Notable elements include quad exhaust pipes and an impressively wide rear tire, ensuring the bike stands out on any road.

Engine and Performance

At the heart of the XDiavel V4 lies a liquid-cooled V4 engine that delivers 168PS at 10,750rpm and 126Nm of torque at 7,500rpm. This powerplant is mated to a 6-speed gearbox equipped with a bidirectional quickshifter, offering riders a dynamic and responsive experience.

Chassis and Suspension

The motorcycle is built on a robust chassis complemented by fully adjustable suspension components. Up front, it features an inverted telescopic fork, while the rear is supported by a monoshock. Braking duties are handled by dual 330mm discs at the front and a 265mm disc at the rear. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, fitted with a 120-section front tire and a massive 240-section rear tire. With a seat height of 770mm and a fuel tank capacity of 20 liters, the XDiavel V4 has a dry weight of 229kg.

Advanced Features

Ducati has equipped the XDiavel V4 with a comprehensive suite of modern features. The 6.9-inch TFT display offers four riding modes: Sport, Touring, Urban, and Wet. Through Ducati’s application, riders can connect their smartphones via Bluetooth, enabling turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and music control. The bike also provides three power modes—High, Medium, and Low—to tailor power delivery to rider preferences. Additional features include traction control, wheelie control, rear wheel lift detection, cruise control, cornering ABS, active cornering function, keyless ignition, and all-LED lighting.

Pricing and Availability

In India, the Ducati Diavel V4 is priced at Rs 25.91 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The XDiavel V4 is anticipated to be priced at a premium over the Diavel V4 and is expected to launch in the country later this year. Upon its release, it will compete with models like the Triumph Rocket 3.
