2025 Honda NX200 Launched in India

Honda has introduced the NX200 adventure motorcycle in India, priced at ₹1,68,499 (ex-showroom, Delhi). This new model replaces the CB200X in Honda’s lineup and brings several enhancements, including a revamped digital display and an engine compliant with OBD-2B standards.
Design and Aesthetics
The NX200 retains the design ethos of its predecessor, the CB200X, featuring a prominent front fascia complemented by a tall windscreen and gold-colored forks. Its aggressive tank extensions and sculpted body panels contribute to a commanding presence. Additional design elements include a split-seat configuration, knuckle guards, and alloy wheels, all of which enhance its sporty appeal. The motorcycle is available in three distinct color options: Athletic Blue Metallic, Radiant Red Metallic, and Pearl Igneous Black.
Engine and Performance
Powering the NX200 is a 184.4cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that meets OBD-2B compliance standards. This engine delivers an output of 17PS and a torque of 16.1Nm, paired with a 5-speed gearbox featuring a slipper clutch for smoother gear transitions.
Chassis and Suspension
The motorcycle is equipped with an inverted telescopic fork at the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear, designed to handle various terrains. Braking responsibilities are managed by a 276mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear, both integrated with dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety. The NX200 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, offers a ground clearance of 167mm, houses a 12-liter fuel tank, and has a kerb weight of 147kg.
Features and Technology
A notable upgrade in the 2025 NX200 is the inclusion of a 4.2-inch digital instrument cluster compatible with Bluetooth connectivity through Honda’s RoadSync Duo application. This system provides turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and music control. For added convenience, the motorcycle features a USB-C charging port and adopts all-LED lighting. Safety features are comprehensive, including traction control, a slipper clutch, and dual-channel ABS.
