Classic Legends has introduced the Jawa Yezdi BSA Ownership Assurance Program, aiming to enhance the after-sales experience for owners of Jawa, Yezdi, and BSA motorcycles. This comprehensive program offers extended warranty options, roadside assistance, and tailored Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) packages.
Key Features of the Ownership Assurance Program:
- Standard Warranty: All new motorcycles come with a standard warranty of 4 years or 50,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.
- Extended Warranty: Owners have the option to extend the warranty up to 6 years. Notably, even after the expiration of the standard warranty, customers can opt for an additional 2-year extension, ensuring prolonged peace of mind.
- Roadside Assistance: The program includes one year of complimentary roadside assistance, particularly beneficial for riders in remote areas. This service can be extended for up to 8 years, offering long-term support.
- Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Packages: A 5-year AMC is available, segmented into three distinct packages:
- Silver Package: Covers labor costs, discounts on parts, lubricants, and washing services.
- Gold Package: Includes all Silver Package benefits, with the addition of chain lubrication services.
- Comprehensive Package: Encompasses all Gold Package offerings and further covers wear and tear parts, along with pick-up and drop services for the motorcycles.
The pricing for these AMC packages starts from ₹3,000, providing flexible options to suit different maintenance needs.
Current Motorcycle Lineup:
- Jawa: Models include the 42, 42 FJ, 350, 42 Bobber, and Perak.
- Yezdi: The lineup features the Roadster, Adventure, and Scrambler models.
- BSA: Currently offers the Gold Star 650. Additionally, the BSA 650 Scrambler, unveiled in November 2024, is anticipated to launch in India in the coming months.
By implementing the Ownership Assurance Program, Classic Legends aims to significantly enhance the after-sales experience for both current and prospective customers across these iconic motorcycle brands.
