Royal Enfield is gearing up to launch its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6, with an anticipated release in March 2026. This timeline aligns with the company’s earlier announcement that the bike would be available in Spring 2026, encompassing the months of March through June.
The Flying Flea C6 is expected to be an urban-centric roadster, drawing design inspiration from the original Flying Flea used during World War II. The bike is likely to be priced around Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
Production will take place at Royal Enfield’s upcoming EV manufacturing facility in Vallam Vadagal, Tamil Nadu. The plant is designed with a scalable and modular output, targeting an initial capacity of approximately 1.5 lakh units per annum, adjustable based on market demand.
Following the launch of the Flying Flea C6, Royal Enfield plans to introduce the scrambler-style Flying Flea S6 in the subsequent months, expanding its electric motorcycle lineup.
