Triumph Speed T4 now priced at Rs 1.99 lakh

Bajaj Auto has officially reduced the price of the Triumph Speed T4 to ₹1.99 lakh, marking a ₹18,000 decrease from its initial launch price of ₹2.17 lakh. This adjustment comes six months after the bike’s debut.
The Speed T4 is designed as a more affordable, India-centric variant of the Speed 400. While both models share the same platform, the Speed T4 is tailored for a more relaxed riding experience suited to typical Indian traffic conditions. Notably, it delivers lower peak output at reduced rev ranges compared to the Speed 400. To achieve its lower price point, the Speed T4 omits certain features found in the Speed 400, such as an electronic throttle, traction control, immobilizer, and the golden upside-down fork.
Initially, the Speed T4 was priced at ₹2.17 lakh, positioning it just ₹23,000 below the more powerful and feature-rich Speed 400. Subsequently, the bike was offered with an ₹18,000 discount, bringing its effective price down to ₹1.99 lakh. Now, this ₹1.99 lakh price tag has become permanent, and the Triumph India website has been updated to reflect this change.
This strategic pricing aims to make the Speed T4 more accessible to a broader range of riders seeking a balance between performance and affordability.
